It appears that sometimes the wildlife in
Kruger attracts equally if not more mysterious creatures from other lands.
From what is known, a ranger was once asked to track down
unicorns. And I'm not talking about the fish, fascinating as they are.

Another had to watch while all
manner of trees were hugged, listened to and given voice as to how happy or
sad they were in their place in the earth.

One veteran ranger was so good at pretending to eat impala dung that a zealous traveller had no choice but to do it for real.
